After all the partners agree to the same then revised LLP agreement is to be drafted notarized and signed by all partners

Within 30 days of such change in LLP Agreement it is to be filed with ROC

Procedure to file FORM 3 is same as it is in filling for the first time and the attachment to be filed are original LLP Agreement and Revised LLP Agreement

Form 3 is to be uploaded on MCA portal then SRN will be generated and after the approval of ROC your LLP agreement will be registered
