What is APEDA Registration?

Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) is a organization established in 1985 which is owned by government through an act for the promotion and development of export of scheduled products. Financial assistance, information, guidelines towards the development of scheduled products( products specified under the APEDA Act) is provide by the authority of APEDA and exporter who require to trade needs to take registration in APEDA Act for export.

Documents required for RCMC-APEDA

  • Self-attested IEC code certificate
  • Self-attested Pan card and Aadhar card
  • Self-attested MOA and AOA (In case of company) and partnership deed in case of partnership , LLP Agreement, Trust Deed , GST registration certificate in case of proprietor
  • Self-attested COI (in case of LLP and company)
  • Board Resolution /Power of Attorney in case signing authority is different than as in afore mentioned documents.
  • Self-attested GST Registration certificate
  • In case of manufacture exporter copy of (SSI Registration/ Industrial License/ IEM Certificate) any one
  • Duly signed cancelled cheque
  • Bank Certificate applicable in each case as per prescribed application at DGFT portal
